Our Transport & Community Access service provides personalised support to help participants safely and confidently access the places, activities and people that are important to them.

 

Our service goes beyond getting from one place to another. Our support workers can provide assistance before, during and after an activity, depending on the participant’s individual needs.

Support may include:

  • Medical and allied health appointments
  • Therapy appointments
  • Shopping and everyday errands
  • Social and recreational activities
  • Community events and activities
  • Personal outings
  • Building confidence using community facilities
  • Companionship and support while accessing the community

We encourage participants to make their own choices, explore their interests and build confidence and independence within their community.
